Did you ever find yourself
planted in the ground
a seed revelling in the sacred silence
of this inner tabernacle?

But you do not remain small and invisible.
life grows and unfolds within you
infinitesimal foretastes of heaven.
born in your branches.

the Muses are interrupting the quiet Again!
the birds of heaven
forgetting to be still
in the tree

as neatly joined words
fill in the cracks,
creating living imagery
and a harmony of new, found prayers
